The service
Madressa Center, a service of Ziarat Planner, Karachi, Pakistan, helps a madrasa keep its fees, attendance and learning records. It is free for now. If paid plans ever start, madrasas are told well before, and nothing is charged without their agreement.
Your account
The person who signs up a madrasa becomes its owner and can add staff. Keep your password to yourself, and turn on two-step sign-in. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and use Sign out everywhere.
The madrasa’s data
The records belong to the madrasa. The madrasa is responsible for what it enters and for having guardians’ permission to record their children. We keep the records safe, use them only to provide the service, and never sell them. See the privacy notice.
Fair use
Use the service only for the madrasa’s own records. Do not try to reach another madrasa’s data, break the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may close an account that does.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and the data backed up, but cannot promise it is never interrupted.
Ending
A madrasa may stop using the service at any time and ask for an export of its data. Its owner may also ask Ziarat Planner, through the contact details on ziaratplanner.com, to remove the madrasa, with everything that belongs to it.
